These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and spin ph ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the spin ph website located at https://spin-ph.net and all associated services, games, and features. 3 Account Registration

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spin ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

spin ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward spin ph staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, spin ph will return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to spin ph, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting spin ph support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

spin ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, spin ph will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. spin ph operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by spin ph may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
